Returning Your Skincare Product

At UPGRAD’D® Labs, we strive to provide you with the best skincare products. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process. 

Step 1: Check Eligibility 

Before proceeding with the return, please ensure that:
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product's seal is unbroken.
  • You are within our return window - 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Step 3: Pack Your UPGRAD’D® Labs Product

After completing your Returns Form, you will receive a shipping label. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure to prevent any damage during transit and stick the label somewhere visible for the currier and ship your package.

Step 4: Awaiting Confirmation

Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested on the Return Form.
