The Science bit: Argireline prevents muscle movement that can lead to wrinkle formation resulting in the reduction of fine lines. Clinically it has been shown to be effective in reducing wrinkles, with efficacies up to 48% upon 4 weeks of twice daily treatment. (i)

Matrixyl enhances skin restoration and stimulating the repair process. Clincially it has been shown to make measurable reduction in the lines, depth, and volume of wrinkles compared to the baseline after 14 days of product use. (ii)

Gluconolactone is a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) which gently lifts dead skin cells from the surface, leaving the skin smooth and even. Over time, it offers anti-aging benefits such as increased skin thickness and reduced wrinkles, although slightly less than the more established AHAs, but with less chance of irritation. (iii)

Carnosine in skincare helps to protect against aging by preventing glycation, which maintains skin elasticity and smoothness. (iv)

Hyaluronic acid hydrates and plumps the skin by attracting and retaining moisture. Topical hyaluronic acid can increase skin hydration by 55%. (v)
